Under a GreenLight service inspection our technicians will perform checklist inspections, make all included adjustments, create a list of needed repairs, and obtain your approval before proceeding with any recommended work.

Our service departments are utilizing some new technology to help us service our customers better in both in our shop and out in the field. They are now equipped with laptop computers that have the Service ADVISOR software installed. Service ADVISOR allows our technicians to connect a laptop computer directly to a machine for interactive diagnosis, calibration, and programming of the machine's on-board computer network. This provides them with the most accurate and up to date information that can ultimately get your equipment back in service quicker. Service ADVISOR helps us to do the job right the first time.
