Our service department technicians pride themselves on expert diagnostics and repairs.

Second to none, we have completely stocked service bays, and can handle any of your service needs. Moreover, we have field service trucks ready to dispatch for on-site service by our factory-trained technicians. These units are fully equipped with the tools our service technicians require to quickly analyze and repair your equipment's problems, without having to transport the machine to our site.


Factory Trained Technicians
We have knowledgeable, factory-trained technicians who are fully qualified to provide the repairs and technical advice you need. Our technicians are continually provided the opportunity to improve their product knowledge through upgrade and in-house training sessions, product specialist programs, and the John Deere University web based training system. This along with the many years of service represented by our service staff make us the best there is.

Technology
Our service departments are utilizing some new technology to help us service our customers better in both in our shop and out in the field. They are now equipped with laptop computers that have the Service ADVISOR software installed. Service ADVISOR allows our technicians to connect a laptop computer directly to a machine for interactive diagnosis, calibration, and programming of the machine's on-board computer network. This provides them with the most accurate and up to date information that can ultimately get your equipment back in service quicker. Service ADVISOR helps us to do the job right the first time.

Preventative Maintenance
Preventive maintenance and off-season inspections help us in our battle to reduce machine downtime and customer equipment expenses. Backed by over $2 million in parts inventory every day and John Deere's parts network you will be up and running in no time.

Our annual GreenLight service inspection program provides you with the ability to put your equipment through a multi-point inspection prior to the season of use. Under a GreenLight service inspection our technicians will perform checklist inspections, make all included adjustments, create a list of needed repairs, and obtain your approval before proceeding with any recommended work.
